Jim March 14, 2024 for Model Number 41761712510 I'm working on a kenmore laundry center model 41761712510. It will start the wash agitate drain spin, refill for the rinse then stop and start beeping. I unplug it for a minute, then run it through the reset mode, set to rinse and spin then it will start. It will do job apparently, if I put it through each cycle separately. I suspect the board. What do you think?
1 Answer Jim, it would be recommended that the unit be placed into a diagnostic mode using the technical sheet to identify if there are any stored error codes. If there are stored error codes, they will need to be addressed accordingly. If there are no stored error codes, the main control 5304511966 has likely failed. Read More...
John May 21, 2022 for Model Number FFLE4033QTO I got a control board but it was for the dryer, not the washer. The washer wants to start, but stalls, just clicks, so I must need the control board for the washer, but I am not clear as to which one that is. There are a bunch of numbers on the board that is currently installed, but I cannot determine the part number from the picture.
1 Answer John, Thanks for the question!!! This model uses the control part number 5304511971 for the washer. Read More...
1 Answer John, Check to make sure that the water is turned on. Check to make sure that the water valve is getting power to it when the unit is supposed to be filling. If it gets 120 Vac to it then this will be a faulty water valve and if there is no power to the valve then the board will be the issue. Read More...

Ken May 17, 2018 for Model Number ffle3911qw0 I start the timer and the unit will drain. It then stalls as if going into the fill part of the cycle. Have no power to the valve, that I can identify. Something quietly pulses down below, but no fill. Eventually shuts off. My thought is the timer control. What do you think? Thanks, Ken
1 Answer Hello Ken, You should first check the pressure switch and voltage to and from it. If not getting voltage to it, the control 5304500456 is the likely cause. If voltage gets to it but not out of it, the pressure switch 5304504885 would be the cause. Read More...
