Jim, it would be recommended that the unit be placed into a diagnostic mode using the technical sheet to identify if there are any stored error codes. If there are stored error codes, they will need to be addressed accordingly. If there are no stored error codes, the main control 5304511966 has likely failed.

John, Check to make sure that the water is turned on. Check to make sure that the water valve is getting power to it when the unit is supposed to be filling. If it gets 120 Vac to it then this will be a faulty water valve and if there is no power to the valve then the board will be the issue.

Hello Ken, You should first check the pressure switch and voltage to and from it. If not getting voltage to it, the control 5304500456 is the likely cause. If voltage gets to it but not out of it, the pressure switch 5304504885 would be the cause.
