Laura June 16, 2014 for Model Number FPHB2866LF8 The control panel has power failure alert that can't be cleared or reset. Nothing works on the control panel including the ice and water dispenser. We have replaced the Board-Control part #241973712 and we are still getting the same alert with no functionality. Did we received a bad Board -control or do we need to replace or do anything else.
