Bert H August 21, 2014 for Model Number White-Westinghouse dryer DE271KDW-3 Two clips holding the top panel to the top of dryer are broken resulting with a loose top panel. Do you have the part for this dryer and how to install. Thanks for your help.
1 Answer Bert, The part that you would be referring to are the spring clips part number 3205821. To install the clip you will lift the main top and there will be 2 openings, one on either side. The straight part of the clip will face the dryer and you would put it in the opening first. Jim April 27, 2013 for Model Number fex831fs4 My dryer makes a click click click sound. Could this be a bent guide clip? If I run the dryer with the door open and push in the center of the back of the drum it makes a screaching sound on the left side of the drum.
