Hello Raymond, This would be caused by a failed low voltage transformer on the clock assembly 00486752 that powers the display. I'm sorry but this part has been discontinued by the manufacturer and no satisfactory substitutions have been provided. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Roger, Based on the description it sounds like the overlay would be the only thing required but you will need to check the clock to make sure that the plastic housing is not broken otherwise the same situation would happen.

Patricia, With the controls not working on your unit, the issue would not be with the overlay but would be caused by a faulty clock WB12K19. Unfortunately the clock has been discontinued by the manufacturer with no replacement available.

Hello Josephine, sometimes the clock overlay 316220804 can be removed and replaced by simply just peeling it off the oven control 316207529 but be careful not to kink it. If it will not stick on the new control, it's probably best to replace it at that point. Thanks!
