Bobby D April 21, 2017 for Model Number GDM-03 I bought a relay and a overload but I forgot which wires go where. There is a green wire, white wire and black wire. I know the green is the ground wire but what about the black and white wires. Does the black wire go to the relay or the overload?
1 Answer Bobby, The black wire will go to the terminal on the overload and the white wire will go the number 2 terminal on the relay. Read More...

Randy September 07, 2016 for Model Number FRS26ZNHW1 frigidaire side by side Compressor starter burned up. replacement calls for 5304410951. i have only a red and a blue wire, where do they connect to please and location of parts on three pins ?
1 Answer Randy, The Red wire will go to the terminal on the white overload and the blue wire will go to the number 3 terminal on the relay. As for the way that they go on. You will put the overload on first and the pins will be in the shape of a triangle with the point of the triangle either being up or down. That point is where the overload will go and the relay will go over the other 2 pins. Read More...
Leonor S June 20, 2016 for Model Number 218721106 We replaced the relay and it was working, just started mild cooling then it stopped. Could it have burned out again...And why?
1 Answer Leonor, This issue could be that the unit may have gone into a defrost cycle and would take about 30 minutes to come out of the defrost and then continue to work. Read More...
Leonor S June 20, 2016 for Model Number 5304410951 We got the part in , how ever how the heck do you put that plastic cover over it to fit?
1 Answer Leonor, There is a plastic piece at the top that you will need to put a flat blade screw driver into and pry up on it and pull away from the compressor. Read More...

Donna December 12, 2015 for Model Number ED2LHAXMQ10 I forgot which wire went where. I have a green wire and 2 red wires together and one white wire. does the green wire go on the black box or the overload? And the white wire on the left side and the 2 red wires on right side:
1 Answer Donna, The Green wire is a ground circuit wire and will not attach to either the overload or relay. You'll create a direct short if you do. You'll attach the green wire to the terminal on the compressor housing near the relay overload area. The "double" Red wire will attach to the terminal of the overload, to allow power into the compressor "common" leg of the wiring. The white wire will attach to the relay the terminal on the right. This will allow power to flow through the motor run winding and out of the compressor back to the power return leg of the circuit. Read More...

Tony August 06, 2015 for Model Number Ffco522dw6 Hi I have a frigidaire freezer and I need a relay overload for it but I don't know what part it is.
Tommy C April 20, 2015 for Model Number FRS26ZSHB1 I have a fridgidaire FRS26ZSHB1. My relay went on it and I'm looking to replace it with the electrolux 5304410951 replacement. As far as wiring goes, I know the line goes to the white part (single pin) and the neutral goes to the terminal 2 on the black part. My question is I saw in other posts about wiring the capacitor to the 1 and 3 terminals? The kit came with no capacitor. Am I supposed make a jumper from the 1 terminal to the old capacitor and another one from the 3 terminal to the other side of the old capacitor? Thanks for your help.
1 Answer Tommy, In regards to wiring the capacitor to the relay, you would be correct. You will need to just make a jumper wire from the 1 and 3 terminals to the capacitor terminals. Read More...
