For Frigidaire Control Switch (Part Number: OEM11853171)

Kathy for Model Number 79079523604

Technician replaced the big temperature control board and tested the oven temp probe and said the oven temp probe was fine. I then replaced the control temp part #318601500 and stove still beeps. Technician said there are 2 control temp parts, one on either side that look identical. Should both of those be replaced? Only 1 was and the tech they sent didn't know. Is part 318601500 the same for both? They look the same and do they help with the beeping? Change the left side too? For Kenmore Pro dual fuel range model# 79079523604. Really tired of the beeping. Thanks, Kathy

Kathy, Thanks for the question!!! If the beeps are indicating a heating problem (I would locate your tech sheet and verify the reason for the beeps) and the oven temperature probe is good then the control board would be the issue. Your control board is part number 316460212 and there is only one board on this unit that reads the oven temperature probe. Just in case you need it the other selector switch is 318601700 but is no longer available.
