1 Answer Hello Robert. You will need to see if there is power to the rinse aid motor. If so, replace the dispenser assembly 154574401. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Charles J March 05, 2016 I have a red cap dispensor cap for our Kenmore Elite dishwasher, the original one was leaking so I order a new cap, since putting the new cap in place it does not dispense the rinse. Is there to be a small hole inn the cap for ventilation? If so I do not see one.
