Don September 06, 2014 for Model Number FGMV174KFB Microwave has no power all of a sudden. Is there another board besides the Control board (in back of the touch panel) that may contribute to power issues?
1 Answer Hello Don, You should check the ceramic fuse 5304467695 continuity. If the fuse is open, it is sold with the door switch because the door switch is the most common cause of the fuse blowing. One note, refrain from using the door to stop the unit from running. If you need to check on the dish, use the stop button and open the door instead of just opening the door since this will cause the door switch to burn out. Read More...
