John Fan, yes, you should be able to reverse the door opening on this model. To remove the nameplate, 242016301 you will need a flat putty knife, slide it under the nameplate and remove it. You sill need to replace it or try to glue it back. You should not need to purchase anything else, these units are designed to be reversed and have screw holes designed for this purpose. You should see some plastic plugs that cover up the other screw holes, these can be pried up and transferred to the other side. The doors will need to be removed and all brackets and hinges moved to the other side.
