Ed J May 10, 2015 for Model Number LPGF3091KSA Hi, Several buttons on the oven control stopped working or are very hard to push. Do I need to replace just the membrane (Part Number AP4452647) or both the control and membrane (Part Number AP4514321)? Thanks!
1 Answer Ed, The membrane switch is the only part needed for the repair 316549105. The keypad circuits have started to degrade and the circuitry has become faulty and are not sending the signal from the keypad to the control. Replace the assembly and you should be fine. Read More...
Douglas M October 03, 2014 for Model Number FPGF3081KFC Thank you for your incredibly fast shipping! I ordered the membrane for my range, however the ribbon cable connectors appear to be different. When I removed the original board to do the replacement, I noticed a different number on that original unit. The original number is 316549105. The new unit that I ordered from you has the the number316549114. Do I have the right part, or do I need a swap?
Beth September 23, 2014 for Model Number FPGF3081KFC Hi - I just received the membrane I ordered for this range, which came incredible fast - thank you. I watched your video on replacing the membrane and control unit, but I'm not sure how to replace just the membrane. Would you happen to have a video or directions for this repair? Thanks.
1 Answer Beth, Unfortunately there is not video for replacing just the membrane. If you look at the back of the control panel when the control board is off there will be 2 screws on either side that you will remove. These screws hold the membrane in place. Read More...
