Gloria, You will want to check voltage to the light assembly and make sure that there is 120 vac getting to it. You may want to try to tighten the bulbs a little more as they may not be tight enough to make proper contact. If they are tight and not getting 120 vac to the lights then the issue would be with the control board.

Syed, Yes the issue could be a defective turntable motor 5304509440. Being a "standard" 120 VAC, 60 HZ, synchronous motor, it should be available at any appliance parts distributor. Of course, you'd want to purchase the correct OEM replacement part. You should probably review the AppliancePartsPros.com warranty and return policies, you may find it beneficial to order through APP.

Jean, The most likely cause of the turntable not working is a bad motor 5304509440. To access the motor you would disconnect the power and remove the screws holding the base of the unit in place around the perimeter of the bottom. Once removed you will see the turntable motor. There will be 2 screws holding the motor in place. Remove the screws and pull straight down on the motor to release from the turntable cam. You install in reverse and once the motor is in place open the door of the microwave and push the cam that the turntable rides on in the middle back onto the motor. You will want to turn it a little until you feel it slip a little onto the motor shaft and then push down. Reinstall the base and plug back up.

Marilyn, The control board on the unit is what tells the fan to come on. If the fan is not coming on then you will want to check to make sure that the control is sending power to the motor and check to make sure that if there is a thermal fuse for the motor that it has continuity. If there is no continuity then replace the part.
