Jannie S January 17, 2016 for Model Number FEFL79ECD Stovetop wont heat, oven and broiler wont heat but they all turn on indicating to be "on". The warmer element on the stovetop works. What could be the problem?
1 Answer Hello Jannie. You have a power issue. You need to test at the terminal block of the range for 240 VAC. It sounds like you only have 120 VAC. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
