Wes March 31, 2017 for Model Number ATF600FSO I need to replace the outer door cover and possibly the frame. I am not able to loosen the three screws that hold the hinge bracket to the washer - they've been secured for nearly ten years and are not budging. Suggestions?

Sally S March 01, 2015 for Model Number ATF6000ES1 The door to the washer moves freely up and down on the gray hinge. The door has a crack on the outside (white area) near the hinge. Is the only part I need to order is the outer door panel for the door? Is the door suppose to move freely up and down? Also, I cannot use the washer because the dr and buzzer sounds. So I am going to order the door lock assembly. Do I need anything else to go with this?

However, the entire outer plastic door is separated from the metal door.
