It enhances the overall appearance of the washer and acts as a barrier to shield the internal parts of the door from damage. This helps to keep your washer running smoothly.

Causes of a faulty washer outer door panel can include normal wear and tear over time, accidental damage, or exposure to harsh conditions. Signs of a bad panel may include visible cracks, dents, or scratches that affect the functionality and appearance of your washer.

Symptoms of a bad Outer Door Panel include:

  • Visible cracks, dents, or scratches on the panel
  • Difficulty in opening or closing the door
  • Loose or unstable door during operation
  • Impaired insulation, leading to leaks or water spills

This OEM Frigidaire part can also be used on Electrolux, Frigidaire, Gibson, Kelvinator, Westinghouse, and Sears/Kenmore.
