Chad March 28, 2021 for Model Number EIFLS60LSS0 My washer has started giving the E21 error message. I did some research and removed the drain pump to make sure if had a full electrical current and no obvious blockage. I reinstalled the drain pump and it worked well for a couple of weeks but now it gives me the same error message everytime. I am able to hit start when the message appears and it slowly finishes the rinse and spin portion of the wash but it does take 20-25 minutes for the 7-8 minutes the display shows. Any ideas?

Ken October 27, 2018 for Model Number EIFLW55HIW0 Your parts list indicates that the drain pump should be mfg part # 137038700, but the one installed is 137240800. The one installed is original. The two pumps appear to be physically the same dimensions, but they are clearly different model Askoll pumps and the one your list suggests has a different model number, on and off times and a lower watt rating.

Stacie December 13, 2016 for Model Number EIFLS60LSS0 My washer is 3 years old and it has not been rinsing properly. I replaced the water inlet valve and the recirculation pump and it is still doing the same thing. The washer drains normally. During the rinse cycle it will make a strange noise and the water wont be going into the tub normally and if I pause the washer and start it again it will work normally I have to do this several times during the rinse cycle what else could it be? Stacie A December 11, 2016 for Model Number EIFLS60LSS0 My washer is 3 years old I am having issues with it not rinsing like it should. It doesn't dispense the softener unless I open and close the drawer during the rinse cycle and when its supposed to be spraying the water into the tub it sometimes will only spray a little water and when I pause it and then start it again it will work like it should for a little bit so I have to keep pausing it and starting it to get it to rinse right. We have already replaced the water inlet valve and the recirculation pump and it still does the exact same thing. What else could it be? Does it need a new control board? It drains fine never had a problem with it draining which is why I didn't replace that pump. I would appreciate any input on this. Thank you.
