Kathy June 17, 2011 for Model Number FFTR1713LQ3 Could you please tell me the dimensions of the shelf? My mother was given a new Frigidaire refrigerator by her apartment maintenance mngr. But even without food on the shelves, the shelves nearly slipped off the little inbuilt ledges. With food, the shelves bow slightly and one side falls off. I've got the shelves propped up with cans! Maintenance assures us these were the shelves that came with the fridge. They are approx. 23+3/4 or 23+7/8 . The inside dimension is 24+1/4 or 24+7/8. What are the shelf dimensions? Or perhaps there are glass alternatives that will not bow?? Thanks!--K.
