The Inner Bellow Spring Clamp is an OEM replacement part for Frigidaire front-loading washing machines. It anchors the interior bellow seal in the proper sealing position.

Causes of replacement include torsion fatigue from years of door opening/closing stresses. Mineral buildup may also restrict needed tension if left unchecked.

Symptoms consist of:

  • Visible water leakage from the base of the washer door during active cycles
  • Looseness permitting shifting or twisting of bellow position
  • Inability to achieve proper water-tight integrity checks

This Frigidaire OEM replacement part is also compatible with Electrolux, Gibson, Kelvinator, and some Kenmore ranges.

Hi Bill. It is easier to start at the bottom half between 4:00 and 8:00 and install lifting up and strtching on at the same time. This way you are rolling the spring up along the topand it will be easiest to use muscles at this position to finish the process. I have seen large men wrestle with this a few times before it finally is on. Hope this helps. Thank you.
