Ditzy July 20, 2016 I bought a new puresource ultra water filter at lowes yesterday. This morning I put it in and was having a loud sound coming from water source so I took out the new one and put the old one back in ; still got the sound so I tried again reversing a few times. Finally found the source of the sound but now I don't know which filter is the new one and which is the old one Only numbers I found on the filter were; GS2065J0134 1 FS1895A0734 1 Is there any way to tell which filter is older than the other. They were both purchased at Lowes
Ron June 30, 2016 I recently bought a new ULTRAWF water filter and when I got home the box was soaking wet. Are the filters pre-filled with water or do I have a problem and shouldn't have used the filter. The filter was laying flat on the car seat for the drive home.
