For Ge Range 8 Inch Drip Pan (Part Number: OEM7905174)

Richard R. for Model Number JMP22 002WH

Looking for replacement drip pans for this old hinged element coil top 27" electric stove (c 1977??). Recessed drip pan dimension (the ones without the built in trim ring) as around 8 1/2 inches (and about 6 1/2 inches on small burners). Overall dimension including trim ring is 9 1/2" (7 1/2" on small burners). But the drip pan bowl depth needs to be deeper than 1 1/2" or the element touches the pan and the coil does not level. Do you guys carry these?? Prefer black porcelain but getting a functional drip pan trumps color choice!

Paula, Here is a list of the elements and burner bowls and rings for your range. 6" burner bowl for Right front, right rear, left rear are part number WB32X10012 and the rings for the same burners are WB31X50 (Rings have been discontinued). The 8" burner bowl is part number WB32X10013and the ring is WB31X49 (Ring has been discontinued). The burner elements for the top of your unit are as follows: for the right rear, left rear, and right front which appears to also have the ring on it WB30X356 and left front 8" burner WB30X354.

I want to replace the drip pans and rings on this 25 year old range. I see the rings and the 6 and 8 inch drip pans, but this model has one burner that requires a wide throat for the burner electrical (this one is not removable). My local parts dealer says this drip pan is no longer available, but the throat in your picture of the 8" pan looks to be about 3" wide and may well be big enough. Is the throat wide enough to allow use on this GE model. If it will, is it available in black (like the original drip pans are?
