Kathy November 14, 2017 for Model Number JTP30S0M1SS So, after more research, i have determined that because the 17.5 x 4.25 stick on faceplate is no longer available, I must purchase a new retrofit board housing, faceplate, and control panel. Is there a video on how to put all these parts in place? seems insane that to replace a inexpensive faceplate, i must replace all parts to the tune of $$$.
