Robert, as only part of the touchpads are not activating, the control panel assembly WB29T10056 would be the most likely failure. However, you may want to inspect the ribbon cable WB18T10293 for any signs of damage to include testing each wire for continuity. Unfortunately, if the ribbon cable is damaged, it is a discontinued part by the manufacturer and is no longer available.

Michael, I could be in the main bord but it is more likely in the user interface/display boards. Our part numbers for those boards is { AP3792715 and AP3792740}

DR-Mrs William, If the button itself broke then you would just need to replace the buttons but if the plastic button is not broken then the control board would need replaced.
