Simon S. March 01, 2015 for Model Number JEM31SF01 Sometimes the door will not release on this micowave, it happens randomly and usually when it's opened for use rather that to take food out. The door button depresses as normal with the same resistance, the light comes on but it doesn't open unless you push upward on the bottom edge (latch side) of the door. Also sometimes when the door is closed after use, the light will come on and the fan runs (but not the magnatron) until cancel is pressed. Any ideas what parts need to be replaced to fix this issue?
