Rich D. October 26, 2014 for Model Number JGP336BED1BB Hi, I'm cleaning up my cooktop and it looks like I need the drip pan seals (part 67 in the exploded view). Is the price per seal or is that the whole set? Inquiring minds want to know. Thanks, Rich
Debra March 24, 2014 for Model Number JGP336BEV2BB My burner bowls and grates need to be replaced as I can not get them clean. Do you need to replace the bowl seal when you replace the bowl or can you re-use the existing seal? How do you remove the ceramic ignitor from the bowl?
1 Answer Debra, Yes it is a good idea to replace the burner bowl seal at the same time. In a lot of cases when you remove the bowl, the seal will be damaged or swell causing it to not be able to reseat properly. Once the burner bowl is out and the igniter wire is disconnected you should be able to just push the igniter out. Read More...
Dana February 27, 2013 for Model Number GE jgp336 Help! I am having a very difficult time putting new seals under burner bowl. Any tips?
1 Answer Dana, The way to put the seals on is once the drip pan is removed you would put the seal on the drip pan and lower it down into the opening. You will have to make sure that you keep hold of the seal to make sure it seats properly. Read More...

Question: I need to replace two gas switch valves for which I need to remove the bowls and the glass cooktop. I am ordering the replacement switches and gasket for under the glass top, but I want to order the seal for the bowls. The bowls are 3 different sizes; 2 medium, 1 small and 1 large. Is seal WB32M8 to same seal for all 3 sizes? Is the seal attached to the inside rim of the glass or does it fit under the edge of the bowls?
