Janet November 21, 2011 for Model Number SCA1001FSS01 Handle is broken, I have taken off the choke cover and can access the top screw and gotten it out, but the bottome screw is not accessible. There is another metal cover blocking it. I have taken all the screws out of it and it does not lift out. Cannot figure out how to get to the bottom screw. Thanks
