Michelle for Model Number GE oven model J B650D T1WW

Hi, I've been seeing a number of issues happening over time with my GE oven model J B650D T1WW purchased around 2011. Initially, the clock could no longer be set. Then a front burner stopped working, next a light on the ceramic stovetop stays lit although none of the burners or the oven dials are on - and now, I'm noticing a voltage fluctuation when I try to use the oven. To stay safe, I've unplugged the oven and turned off the breaker for the range. I'd like to repair the oven as I'm on a limited budget. Based on my Internet searches the control panel may be bad. Do all these issues sound like a bad control panel? If so would you please let me know what the correct control panel part no. is for this oven? Thanks very much!

Michelle, Based on the information provided the surface light staying on is likely one of the surface switches and the other issue could be from your oven control. The ERC part number is WB27T11349
