John December 07, 2023 for Model Number SCB2001CSS03 We frequently use our Advantium and it works fine but I've noticed the display flickering, both while idle and in-use. The original P/N is WB27X10332, which apparently was replaced by WB27X10431. Neither is available from my search. After 22 years I'm sure its likely to fail at some point - is there a possible replacement? I've seen WB2710856 available but feel sure it's not a direct replacement. Thanks for any help!

Dave March 24, 2020 for Model Number ZSC2001FS01 Our local street transformer blew and fried our mic! I have tried unplug/reset, still broken. Here are the symptoms, I think it is probably the main control board: 1) Display: Shows only random pixels scrolling constantly. 2) No beeps when turning dials or pressing buttons 3) When you push the micro express button, it turns on for 30s increments. It does not beep when done. 4) Interior light works when the door is open, but does not go on when the mic is running 5) Can't get the mic to run any other way besides the micro express button

C. Garrett October 16, 2019 for Model Number SCB1001KSS01 Display problem that has been ongoing for months. Had repair out earlier this year when we thought display quit. They simply unplugged unit and reset. Display came back on and told me they could not trouble shoot since it's working. We should reset circuit breaker or wait until it fails. It has been erratic for months and goes in and out. We continually reset and it works then goes blank, we reset and it comes back. It is getting worse and harder to get it back up. Otherwise unit heats and works fine. We just keep losing display. Is this something a homeowner can repair with these symptoms. Repair company originally told me it could cost $700 plus. I've already paid $120 for service call when they just unplugged unit. Thank you very much for feedback.
