Holly M June 08, 2017 for Model Number DPGt75oec2pl My control panel was doing the same thing others have complained of. Sometimes it was unresponsive and you had to unplug it to get it to reset itself. My son didn't know the trick and was impatient and pushed the LED touchscreen too hard and it shattered. I don't need the whole assembly, just the screen that screws onto the control panel with 4 screws. Can't I just buy that? thanks!
1 Answer Holly, The part number that would be needed for the Display would be WE04X10134. Read More...
Mike May 09, 2017 for Model Number DPG750EC2WW On the touch screen I cannot press the "ok" button on the screen at all even with the Display arm removed. With the display arm removed all other areas work but need to depress higher on the screen than shown. However, will not function at all with the Display arm.
1 Answer Mike, With the issue of the ok button not working then this will be a faulty display assembly WE04X10134. Read More...
Ray September 26, 2013 for Model Number DPGT750GC2WW How can I tell whether I need only the touch panel assembly (your part # AP3207077 for the touch screen to communicate with the control board inside, or the control board itself (your part # AP3883911). GE says that the part is a single assembly, and offers part # WE04X10134. Can I only replace one, or do I need both? Why does GE say that it is a single assembly? Does GEIs GE's part include both?
1 Answer Ray, Part number WE19X10072 control panel assembly is just the console with the buttons that are not part of the touchscreen. The display assembly WE04X10134 is the actual touch screen and the control board. Read More...

Meko April 10, 2013 for Model Number DPGT7750EC1PL The display board on my dryer will not come on. I cannot turn on the dryer. It does nothing. The light inside the dryer does come on. What is wrong? What do I need to order to fix this? Thank you
1 Answer Hello Meko. Based on the information you provided, check for Low L1 voltage, Tripped safety thermostat, Defective main control board, Defective inverter board, or Broken Belt. Either will cause the issue you are having. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
Keith February 20, 2013 for Model Number DPGT750 My screen went out on my dryer a few months ago. I unplug the dryer and plug it back in. That work for about a month and then it went out again. I did the same thing and it worked for around another month. It went out again and didn't come back on once tried to unplug it and plug it back up. So, I order the display assembly from this website and installed it. It's still not coming on with the new display. Do you have any suggestion on what this could be?
1 Answer Hello Keith. You need to look for bad wiring on the unit. If none is found, and the connectors are good, you will need to trace the power and see where you are losing power at in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Mark U. December 18, 2012 for Model Number DPGT750 The display stopped working, I took it apart and didn't notice any loose connections or any burnt parts, so I put it back together, it still didn't work. I then was pressing around the touchscreen and it started working again. It was fine for a couple months, then now it's blank again and no amount of pressing will turn it back on. I'm thinking it's the LCD, part number WE04X10105, what do you think?
1 Answer Helo Mark. Based on the information you provided, if there is no loose connections on the display, you will need to order and replace the display assembly WE04X10134 on the unit. Read More...
Mark B December 13, 2012 for Model Number DPGT750GC1WW The unit does not power up. You press the Power or the Touch Panel it doesn't light up. There is a light inside the dryer so there is power. I am getting 5V on Pwr/pcb Asm-Main Part Number: WE04X10107 that goes to the display so I think I need Display Asm-Pwr/lcd Part Number: WE04X10105. Does this sound correct?
1 Answer Hello Mark, If you have the touch pad that is working but the bottons are not on either side then you would either be a harness issue or bad membrance swith. If you are getting nothing to the control panel at all then the Main PCB would be the problem not sending signal to the controls. Read More...
