Chad July 22, 2014 for Model Number GTWN4250D1WS My mother recently purchased a new GE washing machine (model GTWN4250D1WS). The drain hose is not long enough. The installer attached an extension, but it leaked badly. When I removed the extension, it appears they damaged the end of the drain hose when putting on the extension. I'd like to replace the entire hose with one between 6' and 8' in length. Is there a hose of that length for this model?

Joe April 30, 2014 for Model Number GTWP1800DWW Machine is one year old and out of warranty. Water stopped filling up in the machine regardless of level setting. Water level stays low even when I have it set to extra large load. GE tech states that load level switch could be bad. I find this hard to believe. Is there a tube that is attached to the switch that can become clogged with soap that has to be blown out?
