Chris, While getting ahold of the shaft of the auger motor you will turn this nut to remove it from the shaft, This will turn counter clockwise to remove.

Hello Devon. If the icemaker is not making ice, you may need to replace the icemaker assembly in the unit. It has nothing to do with the auger motor on the production of ice. Only the water valve, which you say you are getting water to the icemaker, and the icemaker.

Hello Mardie. It is best to use a hammer and tap the fingers of the drive auger WR02X11534 to release it from the shaft. Real quick taps from the hammer will prevent the shaft from turning and will release the drive. Hope this helps.

Hello Ted. If the threads are stripped on the drive WR02X11534, you may have to use a cut off tool to cut the drive off the auger. Be careful not to damage the threads on the auger motor. Hope this helps.

Hello Kirby! The drive auger dispenser screws onto the motor. If it has came off it is more than likely stripped and will need to be replaced. Our part number is WR02X11534. Thanks.
