Symptoms of a bad Lint Filter include:

Torn or damaged filter mesh, allowing lint to pass through and accumulate in the vent.
Excessive lint buildup around the dryer frame, indicating the filter is not capturing properly.
Reduced drying efficiency, with clothes still damp after a cycle, suggesting a clogged filter or airflow issue.

I need a lint filter for a GE Hotpoint dlb1550bblad. I cant seem to find any info on the net about this dryer. It came out of a trailer house 25+ years ago and still going strong (Not bad), but parts are a little hard to find :).

I have an older, possibly 1968 GE Versatronic Dryer (Model 720 E6W) and I need a new lint trap. I cannot find out what lint trap will fit it. It seems like it may be too old to be in databases. Can you advise me?
