1 Answer Hi Rick. It looks like your sink flange is locked against the wax (fiber) gasket, by a support ring part # WC05X10002. It is locked in place by a mount ring part #WC15X20161. All of these lock rings should turn off in a counterclockwise manner. Thank you. Read More...
