DO you need any special tools to install this? How do your remove and install?

Hello IJL. No, just remove the grates and radiant pan with lava rock. Grasp the burner WB28X10021 toward the rear and lift the burner up and slowly rotate the burner and pull the unit towards the rear until you clear the orifice. Install in reverse order.
