Mike March 29, 2012 for Model Number wr71x10197 I ordered a left and right shelf but it looks like there's a clip of some sort to connect these shelves to the back wall? I was also surprised GE didn't send screws with the package but just the shelves? Not your fault of course but pretty cheap on GE's part. Fortunately I still had the screws so I can screw the shelves to the side wall. I just don't know about connecting to the back. Thank you.
Neils G. May 09, 2011 for Model Number TFX26KPDWW The ice bucket shelf support brackets identified as your illustrated parts breakdown no 359 broke (Part Number: AP2072171), both left and right. They are screwed into the wall of the freezer. Do left and right need to be ordered separately and is the price for the two? Same part Number? Please advise and I will oder them correctly.
