Hello Gary, We actually need more information to properly diagnose the issue. At what part of the cycle does the unit shut down and does it shut down at the same places every time? Any other information like noises the unit makes when it shuts down would also be useful. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Mary, you may need to remove the drain pump, and check the motor and drain impeller. Also check the tub to pump hose to make sure it's not restricted. Presuming the loaing door does close and lock, and the washer does reach the high spin speed at the end of the cycle.

Hello Steven. Based on the test you performed, it sounds like the motor board is bad and will need to be replaced. If there is power to it and nothing out of it, then the board is bad.

Hello Jim. If the board is new and the valve is good and there is no power, then either the harness is bad or the pressure switch is bad even though it tested good. You need to check the harness in the unit.

Lynn, You will want to check to make sure that the inner tub is not moving up and down independently of the outer tub. If it is moving up and down at any point then it sounds like the tub support has broken and the inner tub would need to replaced. It may also be that something could have gotten caught in between the outer and inner tub.

Hello Valente. To check the inverter: Remove the service panel. (See Service Panel.) Press the 4 tabs inward and remove the junction box cover. Enter test mode t10, t11, or t14. Check for 120 VAC between the blue and red wires at the AC input harness. Note: The 120 VAC inverter supply voltage is present only when the motor is supposed to be operating. Unplug washer, then check motor resistance. (See Motor Assembly.) If 120 VAC is present at the AC input harness and motor resistance is correct, replace the inverter. Note: If the inverter overheats, the washer will stop for 5 minutes.
