Mauimax February 04, 2017 for Model Number jt912s0k5ss After running self-clean we had an error code F9. I turned the power off then on and the error cleared. The control panel appears to work but the oven does not function properly. I can select broil and the oven gets a little warm but never broils. I can select bake and the oven immediately thinks it's at temp. The fan comes on. I turned turned the power breaker off overnight but got the same results. Anyone have any thoughts?
1 Answer Maulmax, The F9 is for a stalled cooling fan. You will want to check the limit switch to make sure that it is good and if it is not checking ok then replace the switch. If this checks ok then the cooling fan would need to be replaced. Read More...
