Hello Ashish, Remove the screws around the perimeter of the door to access the inside of the door panel. Take a few pictures of the old one in position before dis-assembly to refer to during re-assembly. This is very important since there are no references from the manufacturer for the assembly process.

Renea, Unfortunately we do not have diagram to show how it goes on the unit. This is the detergent cup latch and will go on the unit to open the dispenser door when the unit gets to the the detergent part of the cycle.

Hello Danny. Take the door liner apart and see if either of the springs are broken inside the unit. If the springs are broke, then you will need to replace the spring. If none of the springs are broke then you will need to check the lever WD16X10011 inside the door.

My dishwasher won't drain at all. I replaced the complete motor and pump assembly already. The drain hose from the garbage disposal to the machine is clear. The pump is running. The drain solenoid works and is brand new. I removed the hose from the garbage disposal in the drain cycle and nothing came out until I put a vacuum on it. It then drained but not completely. It also drained when the hose went below the water level after I took away the vacuum however it did was not pumping out. I'm baffled. What else could cause this issue? Also, the garbage disposal is existing and works fine. No blockage there. Could there be a polarity issue on the motor connection? Just reverse the connector? On AC motors it usually doesn't matter though. Only on DC. Water should be squirting out when the machine is in the drain cycle. On another note, how does the spay arm assembly come apart? Seems like water stay there. Is that normal? Does this have anything to do with it? Like I said completely baffled.

Hello Al, You need to verify voltage to the drain solenoid WD21X10268. If you can manually pull the solenoid and the unit starts draining, you will need to verify the circuit back to the timer WD21X10438. Do not replace the timer until you verify the harness integrity.

Steve, Unfortunately there are no picture diagrams available of the lever installed on the door showing where the springs would go.

Hello Jim, The centermost hole of the lever goes on the detergent cup shaft. The ends just pivot around to activate other aspects of the units' operation. This is, by the way, illustrated in the mini manual that comes with the unit.

Dave, We're sending you some information that should be helpful. The levers interact with the cam plate on the timer, and activate the detergent cup and rinse aid dispensers release levers. The information we're sending you may be a bit more helpful.
