Samuel April 02, 2020 for Model Number jkp90spss the oven part of the combo does not react to any buttons input. the light inside turns on when the door opens, but no command can be input via pushing the buttons. they do not make sound, light up or any other response. the MW portion of the combo works without issue. the combo have been removed and replaced back due to cabinetry update. this non-responsive behaviour is happening since the remodel. what is the issue and what part might need to be replaced? thank you

Rick April 17, 2018 for Model Number JKP90DP3BB The part number on my control board is DE41-00359A. It also has RAS-SM27D printed on it. I cannot find these numbers on your site at all as a cross reference part number. I want to make sure that your control board will work in my model number microwave.

R.N.D. May 24, 2017 for Model Number JKP90SPSS Wife was heating up her coffee in the microwave and left the room. She heard the ding when it was done but let it sit a while. When she came to get her coffee the microwave was still going even though the timer was finished. It stopped when she opened the door but understandably she doesn't trust it now. Would this control board be the culprit or would the smart board?
