Joe September 10, 2019 for Model Number JVM1540SM5SS The top of my microwave has a plastic plate that has holes in it and it looks like something burned it as the plastic looks like it melted. We have moved into the house recently and just saw this. Is there something that we can replace?
1 Answer Hello Joe, that part is called the waveguide cover it is part WB06X10601, if food/grease splatter landed on it and was not cleaned off the splatters would heat in the microwave in normal use and the heat would eventually melt the plastic. It is a frequently replaced microwave part and it easily replaced. Read More...

David February 18, 2015 I purchased a microwave turntable motor from you (part # WB26X10154) but I don't think that was the problem. After connecting the new motor up, it still didn't turn. I than checked the electric to the motor and found there was no power coming in. Do know if this circuit is fused or are there other reasons for no power to the motor? Please assist me with this.
