Lisa April 15, 2014 for Model Number JBP64WOB4WW Which heating element do I need for this model number? I'm not sure if it's a zero or the letter o. There are bolts in the back of the oven. It's a GE Spectra, purchased in 2002. On the oven, it says JBP64W0B4WW, but on my receipt it says JBP64WBWW. Thanks for your help!
