Bobby October 07, 2013 for Model Number JBP25D0K4WH I need a oven bake element for and older ge range. The part on your web site looks the same as the one I am trying to replace. I checked for part compatibility and there is no match for this range. The only difference I can see in the parts is the screws. Your part uses phillips head (as shown in the video). The part on on my oven uses a hex screw (it's not a phillips or a flat head screw). Would the old screws work with the new one, or would the screws that come with the new one work? Or is it not com- patible for reasons other than the screws don't match?
1 Answer Hello Bobby. You will need to order part number WB44T10010 for the bake element for the unit. Read More...
Paul September 30, 2013 for Model Number JB600WOD1WW I have a GE Spectra electric range that I am looking to replace the baking element on. I see a part number WB44T10010 and a part number WB44K10005. I ordered the WB44K10005 because it said it comes with feet for sitting on the bottom of the oven floor. Is the only difference between the two? Did I order the correct part?
1 Answer Paul, The correct part number that shows for your range would be WB44T10010 which also has feet. The major difference between that part and the part that you ordered is about a 1/2" difference in the distance between terminals that you will not be able to bend to match. You will want to order the correct bake element. Read More...
