Hello Rich. Check and see if there is power going to the igniters. If not, you will need to replace the oven control assembly WB27K10354. This is located in the control panel and is also the clock. Hope this helps.

Hello Meg. There are two igniters on your oven. One for the broil, and one for the bake. It's not often that both would go out at the same time.. If neither the bake or broil are working then it's possible the the electronic control could be bad. The part number for the electronic control is part number WB27K10143. Hope this helps..

Hello Stella. On your oven there are two igniters, one for the bake, and one for the broil. If the bake is not lighting then I would probably replace the bake igniter. Part number WB2X9154 is the correct igniter for your model. Hope this helps.

Hello. Check and see if the ignitor is glowing bright red. If it is dull, or not glowing at all, change the ignitor. Hope this helps.
