Rich April 12, 2011 for Model Number JGBP24BEH1WH I have a GE oven JGBP24BEH1WH. All burners on stove top work fine. However the bake and broil functions do not work. There are separate ignitors for broil and bake and neither one of them are glowing when I turn the oven on. Is this an ignitor problem? Is it likely that they both could go at the same time? I saw another post that this could be the electronic contol. If so how do I access it?

1 Answer Hello Meg. There are two igniters on your oven. One for the broil, and one for the bake. It's not often that both would go out at the same time..
