For Ge Dispenser Board (Part Number: OEM21680601)

Ghost Zapper for Model Number Gfe26ggkfbb

Ge profile. On left side of door the control panel is not illuminating, push buttons... nothing. The freezer is working fine as is the fridge. The gridge needs to be cooler but unable as the control made is not functioning. I took off the panel and saw no loose wires. How can you test to make sure you have voltage to the control pad and how can you test to see if the circuit board is bad. Again it works fine but inoperable since the control board is not functioning properly. Any help would be appreciated. Thx!

Hello GZ, check the wiring at the top of the door to the cabinet, if ok replace the top-mounted (in the top of the door ) control board WR55X44126.

Charles, You will want to test to see if there is power getting to the dispenser board. There should be 12Vdc and if there is then the display board would be faulty. If there is no power then the board at the top of the door would be the issue.

Jeff, The red triangle would be that the filter needs replaced and reset. Once you reset the filter it should take the triangle away. For the freezer light not working check the light switch and the bulbs to make sure they are good. If these check ok then the control board would likely be the issue with the unit.
