Ghost Zapper September 22, 2020 for Model Number Gfe26ggkfbb Ge profile. On left side of door the control panel is not illuminating, push buttons... nothing. The freezer is working fine as is the fridge. The gridge needs to be cooler but unable as the control made is not functioning. I took off the panel and saw no loose wires. How can you test to make sure you have voltage to the control pad and how can you test to see if the circuit board is bad. Again it works fine but inoperable since the control board is not functioning properly. Any help would be appreciated. Thx!

A. Hall July 08, 2020 for Model Number GFD28GMLEES The control panel on the door is nonfunctional. No ice, or water, no door alarm, no light. The unit cools fine and interior lights work. The ice maker is not working. I removed the 2 screws and looked at the control panel. Green lights were blinking at Z1 and Z86. No damaged areas were visible. What should I do next to determine if new parts are needed.

1 Answer Jeff, The red triangle would be that the filter needs replaced and reset. Once you reset the filter it should take the triangle away.
