The Relay Board is an OEM part for GE microwaves. It controls the passage of proper voltage levels for various microwave components during operation.

Installed internally, this board transmits power signals to run the magnetron, fan, and lighting systems as directed by the selected cooking settings. Precise switching of voltages is required for consistent and balanced microwave radiation.

Symptoms of a faulty relay board include:

  • Intermittent or unpredictable power level adjustments
  • Magnetron fails to turn on or fluctuates excessively
  • Light not illuminating properly
  • Fan speed irregularities
  • Microwaves not properly heating foods

Causes can be damage from liquid intrusion, heavy usage over time stressing the relays, or component failures within the board itself.

Replacing with this genuine OEM GE part restores optimized power routing to maintain consistent microwave functions. Compatible models also include some Hotpoint, RCA, and select Kenmore products.

For Ge Relay Board (Part Number: OEM20671758)

Angela for Model Number ZSC1001KSS01

I have a GE Advantium 120 microwave. The display isn't working. However, the microwave still works. I have been using the Express button since I can't see the display to enter cook time. When I use that the microwave itself heats perfectly. The turntable works as well. When the electricity goes out the display flickers but then goes off again after a few hours. I bough part # WB27X10858 and replaced it. It seemed to help and the numbers and letters on the display were flickering. However, the next day the display is totally out again. Can you help or suggest what might be the problem?

Chris Lee for Model Number ZSC1202NSS01

Hello Pros! I have the GE zsc1202nss01 microwave and, recently, the microwave started to exhibit a problem. The problem is that when you close the door, there is a slight-mid hum/buzz coming from the unit, along with some heat that is felt inside the unit when I open the door back up after a few minutes. I have removed the cover and can't pinpoint the source of the noise. I have replaced the door latches and monitor switch but that didn't address the issue. I tested the magnetron and continuity is good there. The noise occurs whether or not the magnetron is plugged in. Here is a link to an audio file of the noise. https://voca.ro/1iS7CFAsJDHJ Thank you for your help determine which part needs to be replaced. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, -Chris
