Dian September 04, 2015 Our GE Profile has 5 (not 4) big black knobs and 1 small black knob for the back burner on the right side. Do you have a package for that. We have had this stove almost 13 years and the knobs are getting pretty nasty even though we take them off and clean them thoroughly. The little one we just ordered through you because it will not stay on anymore. Poor little thing. Send me an answer please. Thanks a bunch. Dian
1 Answer Hello Dian. Sorry, the knobs are only available separately. We will need your model number to help you more with this. Saundra September 10, 2014 for Model Number Ge profile JGP945SEKSS gas cooktop I think some liquid got under the knob of the hig btu burner. The buzzer started going off and the igniter would not turn off then a large spark of fire came out of the regulator apart under the knob. Can this be repaired The part under the knob (that the knob controls) is burned partially
1 Answer Saundra, This issue sounds like it would be caused by a shorted ignition switch. The ignition switch part number is WB18T10387. This can be changed by lifting the unit out of the cabinet and removing the screws from the perimeter that hold it to the base. You would want to remove the burners and knobs and lift the main top. Make sure that the power has been removed from the unit and change the switches. Read More...
