Lizy September 18, 2011 for Model Number GSD4630ZooWW I'm trying to replace the spray arm assembly (AP2039850) on my GE Profile dishwasher. I was able to get the spray arm off the hub (breaking the two tabs off the hub in the process), but I don't know how to remove the hub. From the looks of the new hub, the old one should just unscrew, but it only moves back and forth about a quarter inch. Is there something holding it in place, or is it just crud buildup? What should I do next to get the hub off?
1 Answer Hi Lizy. The Spray arm assy. Part # WD22X10008 should just unscrew from the sump assy. It must be held up by crud or possibly cross threaded in the first place. Thank you. Read More...
Guest February 25, 2011 How hard is it to remove and replace this sprayer arm? Do you have instructions to do this?
1 Answer The bottom of the spray arm unscrews from the sump assmebly. If you look at the picture you can see the threads for it on the bottom. Read More...
