Bob N. October 26, 2013 Do you have a wiring diagram for this which shows which color wire connects to which post?
1 Answer Hello Bob, We can probably pull the wiring diagram with the model number but with no model number, we cannot pull it. Everything in the appliance industry is tied to the model numbers. I'm sorry to put you to the additional trouble but if we could please ask you to post the model number on the units' I.D. tag, we can pull that wiring diagram and provide you with proper assistance. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Read More...

I don't know I should change a heating element or a switch. Could you give me some suggestion? Thanks!
1 Answer Hello Mike. This is usually caused by a bad switch and you will need to replace the switch on the unit. You can test and see if the switch is sending power to the light in the off position. If so, it is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
