John, The first thing to check is the pressure hose. Check for cracks or holds in it, check to make sure that it is not clogged. Also make sure that the air dome that the pressure hose connects to is not clogged. If these check ok then the pressure switch would be the most likely cause for the failure.

The dispenser portion of my GE refrigerator no longer dispenses water or ice. The selector buttons light when depressed but when the glass dispenser arm is depressed no ice or water dispenses. The ice maker is functioning and continues to make ice. If I depress the Cubed button and press the button lights. Upon depressing the glass dispenser arm the light will go out for a couple of seconds and then come back on. The auger does not rotate. I have removed all ice from the bin and cycled the ice maker off/on. There are two parts listed in this area (1) dispenser board or (2) control board. Any ideas regarding the problem?

Craig, Based on the description it sounds like you will want to check the wire harness at the hinge of the door to ensure that there are not broken or loose wires. If they check ok then the issue would most likely be caused by the display board WR55X10653.

Hello Craig. Pull the knob off the shaft and look and see if the back of the knob is broke on the unit. If it is broke, replace the knob WH01X10305. If it is not broke, replace the pressure switch WH12X10321.

John, If you're sure you cleared the air dome hose, the pressure switch WH12X10321 would be a possible issue, but you may want to consider a fill valve WH13X10024 first, you may have a weak or corroded internal part, allowing the water to slowly over fill, instead of shutting off when the level is reached. try this: start the washer as it is filling unplug the cord, you may need to do this several times, if the water stops flowing immediately, replace the water level switch, if the water continues to run on, replace the fill valve.
