Larry November 12, 2019 for Model Number GTUN275EM1WW The spin cycle is very loud and sounds like a train coming through. I can't find a part number in the diagrams listed for a tub bearing. Would it be best to replace the complete tub and transmission as a unit?
1 Answer Larry, the bearings are going to be a part of the transmission assembly WH16X10146. The tub would not need to be replaced unless it is damaged. Read More...

Allan September 28, 2016 for Model Number DPSB513GBOWW I replaced this part last year along with the new slides and already have to replace again. I got my new parts this morning and replaced the part along with re-using the old glides as they were not used at all. The drum bearing does not click into place as the video shows. No matter what I do to adjust... (what little there is to adjust) it to make the top extensions click. There is no extension on the extensions that would reach the holes to keep this in place. This is why the last years repair didn't last as the drum bearing leaned into the dryer drum and the glides were hardly being touched. The dryer drum was gliding on the plastic frame instead, which wore out and almost disintegrated the top. I would like to see if there is a better replacement part that the clips will actually work on. I will be replacing this every year otherwise. Maybe I should have just kept the original one because it actually clipped in but was just dirty and a little bit worn. Figured I would replace the whole unit as opposed to repairing it again. Thanks for listening but this is not actually an OEM fit!!
1 Answer Allan, If part that you listed WE03X25079 is the front bearing support that you installed on your unit, this is not showing as being the correct OEM part for your unit. The correct OEM part for your unit would be WE3M26. Read More...
Dani May 29, 2015 for Model Number DBSR453EB2WW I'm replacing the front bearing. What is the part # for the drum slides that I will need to go with my dryer?
Txflygirl March 19, 2015 for Model Number DPSR475EW0WW My GE dryer makes a loud screeching sound when in operation even though it dries great. I've looked through many of these QandA's for what should be replaced in addition to the rear bearing finding different answers in different posts that might be applicable to my situation. Could you please list out the parts, part #'s, and quantity for me given that the dryer has been used in this condition since late January and could possibly be wearing out additional parts.
1 Answer Hello Txflygirl. You will need to replace the rear bearing kit WE25M40 and the front bearing WE03X25079 and the glides WE03X37318. You need to order 4 glides. Read More...
