Dr September 06, 2011 for Model Number PDW8280J03SS My upper spray arm will not turn, but the middle and lower turn just fine. The dishwasher is about 7 years old, it just does not seem to get the dished clean like it use too.
1 Answer Hello Dr. Check and make sure the dishwasher is filling up properly. If the water is low, it will cause the problem you having and you will need to change the water valve WD15X10014.
