The Washer Hub is an OEM replacement part for GE washing machines. It is a central component located inside the washing machine basket that the inner tub, drive motor, and suspension springs connect to. The washer hub rotates the washing basket during agitation and spinning cycles to clean clothes thoroughly.

Constant rotational motion and vibration placed on the hub can potentially cause cracks or weakness over an extended time. Improper load balancing causing excessive shaking may also damage the hub.
