Marvelus5 January 06, 2019 for Model Number LG LMV1813st On my microwave the time would count down, the light would be on, but no sound from the motor, no heat, or the turntable would not turn. I replaced two of the door switches I ordered from A.P.P. put everything back together, and it worked. Went back about 30 mins later to warm up some soup, it went back to doing the same thing. No sound, not turning, no heat. Don't know what else it could be. Please help.
1 Answer Marvelus5, You will want to check the door switch that was not replaced to make sure that the switch is good. If this checks ok then check to make sure that the door is latching and making contact with the switches to activate them. Read More...
